Delivery and shipping times are an indication only. During busy periods (holidays, bad weather or public holidays) your order may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

To keep every delivery safe and reliable, we do not ship to the following countries:
No PO boxes or parcel lockers
We only deliver to a physical home or work address. We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers or pick-up points. Please make sure you enter a full street address at checkout, so your parcel can be delivered and, if needed, signed for.

Discreet shipping
Your privacy matters to us. Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging. The outside shows only your name and address and a neutral return address. The name Mindrush does not appear on the parcel, and there is nothing on the outside that hints at the contents.
Plain brown packaging. Only your name and address on the outside. No Mindrush name on the shipping label, no logos and no product references.
