Unlike magic mushrooms, truffles are not regulated by the Opium Act in the Netherlands, and are therefore completely legal to buy, possess, and use.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>We only sell fresh truffles that are legal under Dutch law. Use is entirely at your own risk.<\/pee><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->      <\/div>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->      <\/p>\n<div class=\"mr-block\"><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"mr-num\">2<\/span>Legal in the Netherlands<\/h3>\n<p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] -->        <pee>Magic truffles (sclerotia) are completely legal in the Netherlands. Since the 2008 mushroom ban, mushrooms containing psilocybin have been prohibited, but truffles are not. Legally, truffles are not considered magic mushrooms because they are a different growth form (underground) and are not explicitly listed in Schedule I of the Opium Act.
